Definitions:

• Client: An individual or entity seeking services from AS Katoch.

• Consultation: A scheduled session in which AS Katoch provides astrological, divinatory, and related services to the Client.

• Services: Any astrological, divinatory, or related services offered by AS Katoch.

Nature of Services: AS Katoch does not offer professional or accredited legal, medical, psychology, or financial services. By purchasing a service from AS Katoch, the Client acknowledges that no astrological or divination consultation can predict or forecast events with certainty. All consultations are for entertainment purposes only.

Principles of Practice: AS Katoch commits to the following principles:

1. Respecting the Client’s autonomy and decisions.

2. Transparency about the astrologer’s personal philosophies and beliefs.

3. Providing diligent, rigorous, and honest astrological information.

4. Recognizing and respecting the Client's unique backgrounds and experiences.

Inquiries, Questions, & Follow-ups: Clients are encouraged to ask follow-up questions or seek clarity on any details discussed during consultations via email. Feedback is always welcome.

Cancellations, Lateness, & No-Shows: Consultations can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours before the appointment for a refund. Payments will not be returned for late arrivals or no-shows without prior notice.

Payment Policy: If a Client believes the ethical conduct outlined in these terms was breached, they may request a full refund during or after the consultation. In such cases, AS Katoch will endeavour to process the refund within 30 days.

Privacy: By sharing birth data with AS Katoch, the Client consents to the use of this data for:

1. Providing specific services requested by the Client.

2. Saving data for future consultations or reference.

3. Private study by AS Katoch. Use of the Client’s birth data for any other purpose (e.g. teaching, example charts) requires explicit written consent. Data will be retained for a specified period, after which it will be securely deleted, unless the Client requests otherwise. Client data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

Data Protection: AS Katoch complies with the GDPR and other UK data protection laws. Client data will be securely stored and protected against unauthorized access.

Intellectual Property: All written reports, materials, or digital products provided during or after a consultation remain the intellectual property of AS Katoch.

Limitation of Liability: AS Katoch's liability for any claims related to the services provided is limited to the amount paid by the Client for said services.

Force Majeure: Neither party will be liable for any breach or delay due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or unforeseen interruptions.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These terms and any dispute arising from them will be governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be settled in UK courts.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes should first seek resolution through mediation or arbitration before any legal action is pursued.

Changes to Terms & Conditions: AS Katoch reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Significant changes will be communicated to clients.
